Manufacturers’ quality standard
For quality and consistency, repairs that require replacement parts will be fitted using original spares from the respective manufacturer. This will give you peace of mind that all parts are compatible and that your equipment performs to the standard set by the manufacturer.
Expert equipment recalibration
To ensure accuracy of your lab equipment, traceable or UKAS calibrations plus online certification are available with all repairs. For added convenience, traceable calibrations can be completed as part of Service Centre repairs before equipment is expedited back to your lab.
Courtesy hire equipment
To minimise disruption to your operations, courtesy hire equipment can be provided for up to 28 days to maintain productivity during repairs . Hire equipment will be matched to your needs and environment and accompanied by user training to enable you to quickly get back to normal operation.

If a repair is not economically or technically viable, we’ll provide clear guidance on suitable replacement options and associated costs to help you minimise disruption and maintain operational continuity.
