To ensure consistent, reliable service delivery, we maintain a structured quality management system supported by experienced engineers and independently assessed calibration processes.

 

The steps we undertake include:

  • Annual assessments of calibration procedures and engineers’ technical competencies against UKAS standards
  • Use and monitoring of reference standards traceable to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL)
  • Continuous training and competency assessment for our engineers
  • Regular verification and maintenance of calibration equipment
  • Internal auditing by our in-house Quality team to ensure adherence to our quality management system and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

ISO45001
ISO 45001:2018 Certificate

Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment is a key priority across our operations. Our occupational health and safety management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018, supporting safe working practices for our engineers and clients.

Our calibration services operate under UKAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This accreditation covers the calibration of temperature, rotational speed and time, demonstrating our technical competence and traceable calibration procedures.

All work involving refrigerant gases is carried out in accordance with EC Regulation 517/2014 (F-Gas). Our engineers are trained and certified to meet current regulatory requirements for refrigeration systems.
